How We Do It
First, we perform a complete benefit analysis for your company. By doing this it allows you to easily evaluate several solutions so you can make informed decisions.
Second, we educate your employees about the benefits available to them through group meetings and one-on-one enrollments.
Third, we maintain your benefit program through new hire enrollment and COBRA administration at no cost to you.
Benefit Statements
Our benefit statements educate employees on their "hidden paycheck." This statement allows an employee to see his/her employer's cost of health, dental, life insurance, vacation and sick days, worker's compensation, and much more. This annual assessment informs employees of the true value of their total compensation.

Employee Benefit Education
On average, employers spend an additional 20%-40% beyond payroll expenses to provide employee benefits. However, only 1% goes toward educating employees on their benefits, HRman remedies this imbalance. We are unique in offering a variety of instructional enrollment services at no additional cost. We set up group meetings annually to help employees gain a complete understanding of their benefits. We address each and every benefit provided in these meetings-from health insurance to vacation days. We include a customized packet for each employee that contains information on all the benefits available to him/her.
One-On-One Enrollment
Each of our client's employees have the opportunity to sit with an enrollment expert familiar with his/her benefit package. This allows employees to select benefits while asking questions and receiving guidance, all in a one-on-one setting.
